Shipping
We ship worldwide! All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Pre-order items: If your order contains a pre-order item, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing before dispatch. Delivery times are then added on top of this processing period. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside of the United States), any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs authority for more details before placing your order.
Returned & Undelivered Packages
Orders that are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address may incur an additional shipping fee for reshipment. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an order is returned to us because of an invalid or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, a reshipping fee will apply:
• US: $6 USD
• UK & Europe: $7 USD
• Canada & Australia: $8 USD
• Rest of the World: $10 USD

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no reason required.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@fromemmaa.com with your order number. Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return process.
All returns must be approved and processed by our team before sending any items back.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Conditions for Returns
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Items returned damaged, altered, or excessively worn may be rejected and sent back to the customer at From Emmaa's discretion.
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Warranty
We offer a free replacement for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, within 100 days of the delivery date. Please contact support@fromemmaa.com with photos and your order number for assistance.
Please note:
• All defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered under this warranty — we'll make it right with a quick, free replacement.
• This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
